Lead Data

Add-on Services

Terms specific to Campaign Setup or AI Content Packs may be outlined in a separate agreement or service order.

Free Samples

Free samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are subject to the same usage restrictions as purchased data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ProspectPro, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The lead data provided to you is licensed for your internal business use or for use on behalf of your direct clients for marketing and sales purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise make the data available to third parties not directly involved in your or your client's sales/marketing campaigns.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER PROSPECTPRO NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH PROSPECTPRO REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE OR DELIVERABLES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
